For Shame! : Lady Gaga on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno
Our reoccurring For Shame! feature kinda went the way of the Dodo after Luftmensch wrote about James Blunt (we're still not sure we've forgiven him either), but I think we need to revive it. Lady Gaga's Just Dance has been our For Shame! Fall/Winter crush jam. I don't know if you caught her on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno last night, but she rocked some pantyhoes like she'd simply lost her skirt backstage or unknowingly got it caught on the bathroom door on the way out. No idea what was up...very odd...still, the For Shame! jam.

she apparently has no shame....but I don't quite get the gaga appeal. the mitt on her hand makes me think of gwar though.

Meh...I don't dig the way she looks, and it's not really something I would rock (Halloween with a ton of beer, maybe). But I'll give her this - nobody takes it seriously. Christina, Britney, the pop princesses all dress like "realistic" whores. At least Gaga is so far out there that 12 year olds aren't gonna copy.
