Been meaning to pick this great album up locally, but thanks to those D-Bags at Pitchfork, I just ordered it from Asthmatic Kitty as well as a few other CDs!
I read that review earlier today and didn't think much of it but this whole rigamorale got me to pay more attention to it and go back and listen to a bunch of the album.
I have to say I agree with Eric but it was certainly a smart move on AK's part as well.
Plus the comments over at Marathon packs on this are great.
There's an interesting exchange on MFT with Eric, the reviewer, and many folks from the music scene.
