Tilly & The Wall pull more parental trickery...
You might have seen Feist work on your kid's 1234's previously. Well now, Tilly & The Wall toe-tap out the ABCs on Sesame Street this season.
As I've said before on the radio, I don't much like Tilly & The Wall's whole schtick when it comes to their live show behavior with young kids around. See, they're all cute and lovable here, totally tricking parents into believing they could take their little one along to see Tilly's live show (if it's all ages). Then you show up with your youngster and they're all "Eff bomb, eff bomb, eff bomb...yay!" and you're all like, "What the eff?! My kid is right here!"
Yes, I know this makes me sound like an old stick-in-the-mud, but you think about these things after you have one...you can't help it.

5 Talk back to yo' mama!:
this band needs to shut the fuck up like real fast
They're great!
but yo gabba gabba is ok?
YGG is ok...you didn't read the post. I don't care what show they're on...i care that they are projecting, mainly to those unfamiliar, that they are wholesome and clean...when in fact they aren't.
I think it's silly that you blame the band for doing what they do. It is up to parents to know about the bands they take their kids to see. If you see one song on one TV show and decide to take your child you are rolling the dice. Richard Pryor was on Sesame Street but would you blame him if some parent chose to take their child to his show without investigating further?
I'm a father of two children and I take it upon myself to know what my children listen to. Plus, hearing a word some may say is verboten isn't going to scar any child who has a loving, communicative parent at home.
