Voodoo Music Festival : Recap Two
As I said previous, we started each day of the Voodoo Music Festival in the French Quarter and the surrounding areas. With all the time at the festival, we never had entire days to wonder around - we had to kinda jam it all in. I'm sure there are hundreds of places we could have gone, but that's what return trips will be for.
The great thing about this city, and this being my first time there and all, is that it was obvious there was more than one could explore in even a couple weeks. Beyond the Quarter, there were amazing places to eat, see music, relax and just enjoy on every corner it seemed. I'll definitely be heading back in the near future. Every local made sure to tell me that while they were happy that Voodoo had come back and was growing, there was no substitute for the Jazz Fest.

A city rich with history.
