Margot Goes Major

I was out of town and sadly didn't get to throw this out there first, but regardless, the news is great. Indianapolis-based band Margot & The Nuclear So & Sos signed with Sony's Epic label last week. The band returned from Chicago, after recording three songs with Modest Mouse/Iron & Wine producer Brian Deck, and signed the paperwork.

The band was very excited upon their return from Chicago and working with Deck. They're hitting the road again this December for a small tour and will continue working on the new record, Animal, anticipating a Spring/Summer 2008 release date.
