Kings Of Leon : Because Of The Times
Kings Of Leon's Because Of The Times has slipped loose and I've been pretty excited to hear it. These guys are an awesome live band, even if you can't understand the vocals the majority of the time. I've loved all their previous efforts, so I hope this is no different. I just got my grubbies on this album, but I wanted to make sure you got a taste too. too bad they made their albums nearly impossible to rip to my ipod, and when they do finally play my non-tour-critical town all the tickets are gone immediatley because they're having some dumb smoking-company-sponsered show.

listened to it once. liked the last album, and this one improves on it... the songs are much bigger.
all you had to do was camp out on ticketmaster.com, I got two tickets and it was a great show :)
the album cover is different. the new version is more aesthetically pleasing than the previous one.
I've been blasting the new leaked record for the past few weeks and I really like it. Perhaps they took a few cues from My Morning Jacket and opened up the sound more and really worked on the vocals. There are only a few times when he sings like his tongue is swollen 3x too big. Check our blog at http://pickledlivers.blogspot.com/ in a few days for a better review.
