Hot IQs - Dangling Modifier

The band with the hottest drummer in the game is back with a new 5-song EP. Hot IQs new EP is called Dangling Modifier and was released this past January on Yawact!ion Records. Their second full-length will follow this Spring. They have been accepted to SXSW 2007 and will also be playing a couple parties while there, but no official announcement has been made yet. This Denver trio makes a fuzzy brand of pop that is sure to get you shaking your ass. Their style has cleverly been dubbed "Wit-Pop". The Killers and the Hot IQs? That may be the worst comparison I've ever seen. Lame to infinity, dude. Not saying you have to like 'em or think they're interesting, but at least compare bands with a similar style.
I heart Hot Girls with Hot IQs. They are the top of the pops in Denver and hopefully soon and beyond.

According to allmusic.com, the Hot IQs released their debut in '04 while Editors released their first material in '05, so how can Hot IQs be derivative? Not that it matters since an Editors/Hot IQs comparison is infinitely worse than Killers/Hot IQs.
Please wait until your 16th birthday before adding to another music forum. Maybe by then all your friends will realize Hinder sucks.
Holy crap. I don't know how I ended up on this blog but now I'm in love with this band. I asked my girlfriend to get me both albums for my birthday (today! :-D)
Though I'd have to agree with the Killers comparison. Each produce such quality tunes. I love the crap out of both bands.
