I don't have a lot of time today, unfortunately. Real job is real busy. I'm on a Cut Chemist kick today though. Jurrasic 5 just isn't the same without his DJ and producing additions to the team. His album, The Audience’s Listening, this year was a solid DJ album. Nowhere near the best, but definitely one I've enjoyed consistantly through the last half of the year. Girl Talk's Night Ripper is still my favorite DJ album of 2006. What's yours?

Kevin has a vinyl rip of the My Morning Jacket b-side How Could I Know. I saw them play this past Saturday here in Indianapolis. They played a two-hour set that encompassed just about everything I wanted to hear but Wordless Chorus. It was a great benefit show which raised over 200K for Riley Children's Hospital. Picked me up a sweet new MMJ hoodie too. MJ even made the show. Speaking of, the doctor says my kid could come any day now!
In Trouble:
Snoop Dogg was arrested last night, third time this year. He was popped for possessing marijuana, cocaine and a gat in his car.

I have listened to the My Morning Jacket live album about a thousand time in the last week courtesy of one of my esteemed colleagues. I went form hating it to really liking it and now I'm back to hating it. Swings and roundabouts.
I really enjoy Cut Chemist's album, but it was not as good as I had hoped.
