Arrah & The Ferns : New MOKB Favorite

Seriously, this is my new favorite song. I'm such a lover of the cute indie-folk pop. Arrah & The Ferns are a Muncie, Indiana product and I am really excited about this song and the upcoming album it's on. Arrah Fisher and her friend Carl Stovner signed up at an open mic night a little over a year ago, roped their recently dumped friend, Dave Segedy, in and Arrah & The Ferns was born. It's kinda like Joanna Newsome, but with clearer, cuter and with less annoying vocals. Evan Is A Vegan was recorded in an empty guesthouse in the middle of the corn fields of Indiana. Arrah handles the vocals while playing the wurlitzer organ, guitar and banjolin. Carl also contributes vocals, guitar and banjolin. Dave plays drums, recorder and other percusion.
